The Eoin Henry Foundation Ltd (registered charity NIC107854, company number NI646672), 127 Agivey Road, Kilrea, BT51 4AY, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
- Donations: your name, email address and, if you choose Gift Aid, your home address and postcode, plus the name of anyone you donate in memory of.
- Tickets and shop orders: your name, contact details, delivery address and order details.
- Contact and newsletter forms: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message.
How we use it
We use your details to process your donation, booking or order, to claim Gift Aid from HMRC where you have asked us to, to reply to you, and, if you sign up, to send you event news. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Payments and email
Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Confirmation emails are sent through our email provider, Resend.
How long we keep it
We keep Gift Aid declarations and donation records for as long as HMRC requires, and other records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email info@eoinhenryfoundation.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
