These terms apply when you buy Gala Ball tickets, order from our shop or make a donation on this website. The seller is the Eoin Henry Foundation Ltd, registered charity NIC107854 (Charity Commission for Northern Ireland), company number NI646672, 127 Agivey Road, Kilrea, Northern Ireland, BT51 4AY. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling. The ticket price you see is the price you pay: there are no booking or service fees added at checkout. Payments are taken by our payment provider, Stripe, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your full card details. You receive a receipt by email.
Gala Ball tickets
- The 10th Anniversary Gala Ball is on Saturday 17 April 2027 at the Culloden Estate & Spa, Bangor Rd, Holywood BT18 0EX. A Corporate Table of 10 is for 10 guests; single tickets are £150 per person.
- The Corporate Table of 10 early bird discount (£1,300) is on sale until 31 January 2027 at 17:00, while tables last. The Corporate Table of 10 at £1,500 goes on sale on 1 February 2027 at 17:00. Ticket sales close on 1 April 2027 at 17:00. Numbers are limited, and tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis.
- Your booking is confirmed when payment is complete and you receive your receipt. Please send the names of your guests and any dietary requirements to info@eoinhenryfoundation.com.
- Tickets for an event on a specific date are not covered by the 14-day cancellation right for online purchases (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(g)). Tickets are not refundable once bought, but you may pass them to someone else: please tell us the new guest names.
- If we cancel the event, we will refund the full price you paid. If we have to move it to a new date, you may keep your booking or ask for a full refund.
Shop orders
- All proceeds from our merchandise go to the Eoin Henry Foundation. Items are subject to availability; if an item sells out after you order, we will refund you in full.
- Changed your mind? Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Tell us by email, then return the item within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the price of the item and standard delivery within 14 days of getting it back.
- Faulty or not as described? Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Contact us and we will put it right.
Donations
- A donation is a gift to the foundation and is not normally refundable. If you made a donation by mistake, or gave the wrong amount, contact us within 30 days and we will refund it.
- Monthly donations are taken on the same day each month until you cancel. To cancel, email info@eoinhenryfoundation.com and we will stop the next payment.
- Gift Aid: if you tick the Gift Aid box, you confirm you are a UK taxpayer. Please tell us if you want to cancel your declaration, change your name or home address, or no longer pay enough Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax.
- Gala Ball tickets and shop items are not donations and cannot have Gift Aid added.
Complaints and the law
If something is not right, please email info@eoinhenryfoundation.com and we will do our best to sort it out quickly. These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
